Each pad is 6ft long by 3ft wide with 2,200 660nm red & 850nm near-infrared LEDs. 30-minute automated sessions deliver 50 milliwatts per centimeter square of full-body mitochondrial wellness. Prism Light Pad is committed to delivering products free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship, meeting industry standards. When you purchase the Prism Light Pad, you receive a one-year return-to-factory limited warranty, with a maximum of one replacement during the warranty period. This warranty also includes 8 am to 5 pm MT Monday-Friday manufacturer phone support. To activate the warranty, your Light Pad should undergo normal wear and tear and should not have been abused, disassembled, or damaged by the buyer or its patients. Shipping costs for returning the defective product to Prism Light Pod via FEDEX or UPS, with tracking and a sign-off receipt, will be borne by the Buyer. Prism Light Pod will assess the product for usage damage, troubleshoot, and either repair or replace the product, at Prism Light Pod's sole discretion. Please note that Prism Light Pod reserves the right to modify the cost and terms of its warranty for the Prism Light Pad's support and replacement program.

Prism Light Pod Warranty:

Prism Light Pod guarantees that its products are free from substantive defects in materials and workmanship, adhering to industry standards. When you purchase the Prism Light Pod, you receive a five-year warranty on the frame and a two-year warranty on electronic parts, along with 8 am to 5 pm MT Monday-Friday phone support and 48-hour remote technical support on a best-effort basis determined by Prism Light Pod. This comprehensive warranty covers all parts at no additional cost to the buyer, provided that the light pod experiences normal wear and tear and has not been abused or dismantled by non-Prism Light Pod engineers or damaged by the buyer or its patients. For repairs and local parts installation, the Buyer will receive phone and video support from Prism Light Pod. After the warranty expires, per-incident support and repair services are available. Prism Light Pod will provide a quote for parts and remote or onsite repairs, including travel, lodging, time, and materials, on a per-incident basis upon the Buyer's request for onsite support by Prism Light Pod. The manufacturer's hourly labor rate for onsite support is $180 per hour. Remote or onsite repair services will be scheduled on a best-effort basis by the manufacturer. Prism Light Pod retains the right to revise the cost and terms of its per-incident support and repair program.

Please note that we do not accept returns, as we have confidence in the quality of our products and maintain a robust warranty policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
