Currently, if you place an order, it will take up to 8 to 10 weeks for your order to be processed and an additional 5 to 7 business days to ship to you.

Shipping

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please keep in mind that order processing time and shipping times differ. On average, order processing can take 8-10 weeks, although this timeframe may vary based on demand. All stated delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change due to global supply chain issues and shipping carrier factors beyond our control.

While your order is being processed and delivered, we encourage you to reach out if you have any questions. Rest assured that your order is being handled with meticulous care and attention to detail.

After the product has been processed and shipped, delivery time frames for all shipments within the continental US typically range from 7-14 business days. Depending on your location, your shipment may arrive 1-3 days earlier than expected, but there is no guarantee. Please note that Cold Life LLC cannot be held liable for early or late shipments of your order.

DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped, a contact from the freight company will reach out to schedule a time frame that is convenient for you to deliver. Please keep in mind that there must be an adult present during the delivery time frame given to you. The delivery will only be delivered and dropped off on the first available floor. It is the customers responsibility to un-package your order and set it up in your desired location. If you wish to have white glove delivery, please reach out to Support@escapeurbanlife.com for a custom quote. White glove delivery service includes in-home delivery up to three floors and un-packaging of your plunge.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days to request a refund. Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for shipping your return. The unit must be in original, working condition to receive a full refund, otherwise partial refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of The Cold Life LLC. We will process your return quickly upon receiving. If you have any issues with your, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Support@escapeurbanlife.com.

Upon delivery of your plunge, you will be asked to sign for receipt. Please ensure you inspect the unit in full prior to signing. If the unit is damaged upon receiving, please note this with your delivery driver AND send us an email within 24 hours. We will assist in making a claim with the carrier to ensure the issue is resolved.

Please keep in mind the Plunge is hand made here in America, and every plunge has its own unique characteristics. Our limited warranty expands further on the standard blemishes that may come on your plunge.

Limited Warranty Summary:

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of the first retail purchase.

What's Covered: During the warranty period, we will replace or repair any defective parts or products returned by the original purchaser.

What's Not Covered: This warranty excludes issues resulting from abuse, accidents, misuse, electrical problems, non-compliance with the instruction manual, commercial use, unpaid products, poor water chemistry, neglected filter care, freezing conditions, power outages, low water flow, or any other form of neglect or abuse.

Product Variations: Our hand-made products may have minor imperfections, scratches, or dents, which are not considered defects. Outdoor units may deteriorate due to weather conditions.

Water Chiller and Filters: The water chiller is covered for one year, but filters are not covered. Replacement filters are available for purchase.

Plumbing Components: We are not responsible for lost or damaged plumbing components unless installed by our authorized technician.

Exclusions: Items purchased separately, such as filters or covers, are not covered. This warranty is void if the product is altered, abused, neglected, or used for a different purpose.

Maintenance Responsibility: Customers are responsible for regular maintenance, water chemistry, and avoiding harsh cleaning agents or non-genuine replacement parts.

Legal Rights: This warranty provides specific legal rights and disclaims all other warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability: We do not accept liability for incidental or consequential damages or third-party claims. Some states may not allow these exclusions.

Exclusive Warranty: This is the sole warranty and supersedes any prior representations. Other warranties are disclaimed, except as prohibited by law.

Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, contact us with purchase information and details of the issue. Claims must be made within the specified warranty period.

Service Handling: Warranty issues are handled via email or phone with our technicians. The customer may be responsible for shipping costs for covered repairs. Customers can perform most repairs themselves, and we may reimburse up to $25 per hour for professional repair services.

Post-Warranty Support: We may offer limited phone support after the warranty period, but the customer is responsible for costs.

Replacement or Repair: We reserve the right to determine whether to replace or repair covered parts, with warranty coverage extending for the original period.

On-Site Repairs: If on-site repairs are not possible, we may provide a replacement unit or arrange for factory repairs, with the customer responsible for associated costs.

Authorized Repairs: Repairs must be performed by our authorized agents; unauthorized repairs are not covered.

Your plunge is hand-made here in America. Due to the nature of how our plunges are made, your plunge may have small blemishes or defects. This includes but is not limited to minor wavy effects in the steel, flat spots on the cylinder, small dents or imperfections in the steel, color blemishes, visible weld lines, or areas that may not be fully insulated. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to support@thecoldlife.com, or call us. We will gladly help remedy a solution if your plunge is damaged excessively, however the determination of said damage is made in sole discretion of a The Cold Life representative. The Cold Life LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by mis-handling or misuse of any products purchased on our website. A chargeback for any of the above reasons will be disputed and shown this clause.

Please review the specifications of our plunge and ensure it will fit in your desired location. Your plunge must be placed in an area that can support the weight of up to 1200 lbs excluding any other objects or bodies. The Cold Life LLC, it’s affiliates and owners are not responsible for mishandling or misuse of your plunge in any way.
