Typically, your purchase will leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days. After it has been shipped, you can anticipate its arrival within the same time frame. It's important to note that for larger items and orders, we use freight shipping, which is a bit more complex compared to shipping smaller parcels. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, it's crucial to be well-prepared and informed about any specific requirements well in advance of the delivery date.

Most freight products are shipped on a pallet. Depending on the carrier, the delivery process may vary:

1. Carriers that Schedule Delivery Appointments:
   Carriers that schedule delivery appointments will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window. They require your presence for delivery and your signature upon receipt. These deliveries are made using a semi-truck equipped with lift gate services, and the shipment is left at the curb. If you authorize the delivery without a signature, please note that Empire Outdoor Living cannot be held responsible for any potential damages during delivery. While this process may seem complex, we have provided a detailed guide to freight delivery to help you navigate it smoothly.
2. Carriers that Deliver Without an Appointment:
   Carriers that deliver without an appointment do not require you to be present or set up a specific delivery window. You are not required to sign for the pallet(s) either. Instead, you can simply wait for your items to arrive at your convenience. If you happen to be present during delivery, you can request the driver to place the delivery in your garage. If you are away, the driver will leave the items near your garage or doorstep. This option provides more flexibility in terms of delivery timing and signature requirements.
